The Fives Beach Hotel & Residences - All Senses Inclusive Playa del Carmen

The location of the hotel is perfect, situated on 5th avenue between bars for drinks and with easy access to the beach. The rooms are well-maintained and the housekeeping service is commendable. The breakfast options are delicious and the staff is friendly and helpful. there are various facilities available such as the adult pool and the sports court for guests to enjoy.

There were some issues with the noise level in the food court halls.

We recently stayed at The Fives and had an amazing time! The hotel is huge and there are pools everywhere. The walk to the beach through the jungle is stunning, and we even saw monkeys and other animals along the way. The food was of very high quality and there were so many options to choose from. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. We also loved the nightly activities, which were top-notch. we had a fantastic stay and would love to return.

The variety of swimming pools throughout the resort was impressive and the kids club offered a secure and entertaining experience. the themed nights at the buffet were a nice touch, allowing guests to experience different cuisines. the staff were friendly and the nightly shows provided enjoyable entertainment.

The lack of available chairs by the pools was frustrating, as it meant there was nowhere to relax if you arrived later in the morning. the limited options for dining, with only one buffet for lunch and dinner, and the rest of the restaurants being paid and fully booked, was disappointing.

We were initially concerned about the condition of the rooftop patio, but the hotel staff addressed the issue promptly and fixed it the next morning. The food at the resort was absolutely amazing, with special mentions to Jimena at La Brassiere, Roberto at 1910, and Luis at Arezzo for their exceptional service. The adult pool was great, and we enjoyed the entertainment in the plaza. Despite the sargassum on the beach, the staff made sure it was as clean as possible.

We faced some challenges during our stay. The air conditioning in our room was not working for the first four days, but after several requests and visits to the front desk, we were finally able to move rooms on our last day.

The resort's laid-back atmosphere and friendly staff made us feel welcome. The food choices were delicious and the rooms were spacious and clean. The kids club was secure and filled with activities. The beach was regularly cleaned and there were plenty of swimming pools. The buffet had themed nights and the staff put on entertaining night shows. We loved the jungle area with its monkeys and other wildlife. we had a great stay.

We felt immediately at home at the resort, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Reservation-required restaurants offer decent food, while upscale resort expectations aren't fully met. Well-maintained rooms, good housekeeping, and various activities available. Gerrardo's interaction with kids at the volleyball and tennis courts is commendable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The property grounds were meticulously maintained, with beautiful gardens throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed the food at all the restaurants we tried, as well as the breakfast buffets and snack shacks around the resort. The staff service was top-notch, and the front desk was kind and accommodating when we had a small issue with our room. The Kid Club offered a wide range of activities for children, and there were also night shows for entertainment. Everything was super convenient, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the nice service provided by all the staff members.

The luxurious amenities here fulfilled all my needs for a perfect vacation. the service was fantastic, and the Spa & wellness centre was the cherry on top. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were both clean and relaxing, and the Jacuzzi was a great addition. the beach access was also a plus, and the location was in a prime spot for entertainment. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were top-notch and offered a great selection of food and drinks.
